The Festival Italiano is a yearly celebration of Italian food and culture, and Auckland's only Italian festival. The event is open to the public, and entry is free, to offer to everyone a taste of Italy.

There are stalls selling Italian food, drink and crafts plus children's activities, spot prizes, live music and entertainment.

In 2022 the Festival Italiano will be on Sunday 13th November in Newmarket.​
